Jula Girls is a joint venture by two artisans, Michelle Felton & Debbie Hogan. We are native Oregonians and have been creating unique jewelry since 2005. The beauty and diverse elements of the Pacific Northwest inspires our unique designs.

     We use an endless array of semi-precious stones, pearls and artisan silver to make our jewelry wearable as casual everyday to evening elegance worn anytime, anywhere.  We hope you enjoy wearing our jewelry as much as we enjoy making it.
